91 Rear bumper r&r: a few questions
I've got a bone-stock '91 Accord 4-door with a damaged bumper cover and trim piece (the black strip)
A quick google search comes up with a primered skin for around $70+shipping, at places like these ...

http://www.carpartswholesale.com/cpw/1160Q.html
My questions are:
Has anyone ordered from these places in the past?
Are these quality products or am I better off somewhere else? if so where?
Also how tough is it to r&r the bumper skin, in a dirt driveway, by myself, with a decent set of tools, and a better than average mechanical ability?
EDIT: I guess what I mean here is what's involved in the process, do I need to get under the car? would a lift help out tremendously, are there hidden fasteners, etc?
As far as painting it, should I mount it and then have it painted or paint it first?
Thanks!
