Default Timing Woes

Car : 92 Acura Integra GS
Problem : Installed some Buddy club cam gears ( Gears only not shafts ) with no prior experience with timing belts. Thought it was an easy job After days of problems, I put it back together but the car will not fire over. Have gas, have spark. I made sure the notches the key wedges sit in on the shafts and gears are both facing up. The flippin buddy club cam gears have no marks on the outer gears.. WHO THE FU*K CAME UP WITH THAT BRIGHT IDEA???? Anyways, I used the stock gears to make the new lines on the sides of the gears. I lined them up as close as possible to match the marks on the T-Belt cover which is, from what I was told, is where they're supposed to be. Prior to this I turned the camshaft pulley so that the 3 lines ||| were lined up with the notch on the bottom of the T-Belt Cover. So everything should fire right up, but I've got nothing. Seems to back fire and sound like its firing order is off. The distirbuter is fine and perfectly set. I have the firing order correct I'm sure. I would give anyone in SOCAL (San Jacinto Area) 50 bucks to come fix this -_-. I don't have work until next thursday and I need to get this flippin car on the road by then. If I can't fix it myself, fix it with someone on the boards help, then I plan on going to a mechanic but it just seems stupid since a T-Belt isn't worth 100 - 200 bucks to get fixed. Hit me up asap on aim (HolyHell116) or on here asap. TIA - Darrell

Ok, now the car runs after I found out TDC mark on the crank is the single white line -_- (i was told otherwise by an idiot.) But the car has horrible pick up 'till about 3k rpms. Could this be because the gears are a tooth or two off? HELP! - Darrell
