b16a & YS1 Clutch Qs
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe any 90-93 integra should work. I'm not 100% positive though because it has been a long time since I needed to buy a new one and I forgot what I ordered the last one for...
But isn't 90 and 93 are two diff gens? Or did they start a new gen in 94.
Any way, i was thinking DelSol dohc vtec. Amost the same engine, what about the tranny though?

Negatory. 90-91 teggy clutch kits work on the JDM Y1, S1, and J1 trannys. The 92-93 YS1 (JDM OR USDM) require the use of a 92-93 Integra clutch kit. The only difference really is the disc.

just on the safe side, count the number of splines on your tranny if possible...I had to do that when i ordered a clutch kit for my cable ys1...Apparently there are 2 kinds, according to clutchcityonline... I think its about $200 for a street/strip exedy clutch shipped.
All 92 and up Honda B series tranny's are the big spline style and are interchangable. I believe the ys1 tranny (both usdm and jdm, both gsr and non) all came out as the large slpine style. The 90-91 were a small spline style which came out as A1, S1, J1, and Y1.

fourthgenhatchb17 and deetz are both correct.
The ys1 is the larger shaft style, like all b series hydro trannies. Any 92+ b series clutch will fit this transmission, however to ensure you get the correct release bearing you will want to order a clutch kit for a 92-93 integra.

Listen to clutchcityonline. Count the splines before you order. I have a YS1 tranny with a small spline shaft. What I have been told is that there were some early JDM YS1s with small splines. Perhaps these were never sold in the US (only the 92-93 GSR used YS1 in the US), but if you have a JDM YS1 count the splines. If you have 24 splines (1" diameter) order the 90-91 clutch, if you have 26 splines (1 3/16" diameter) order a 92+ clutch.
