No...actually it's 200HP/163TQ. It has more low-end torque than an H22A and a slightly lower redline. I have one

Many H22A parts are interchangable with the H23A. Why don't you just look on the block to see if it is stamped "H23A?"

im pretty sure h22 parts will work such as cams, intake manifold, vavle springs etc. Its basically a h23 with h22 vtec head from the factory.
but u need more expertise

It acutally uses H23 crank(see below) and h23 rods with h22 pistons...

Well, technically you are right, but this is why... the h23a vtec uses the same crank design and rods as an h23, except the h23a vtec is 98+ block so the main bearing size was changed to 55mm mains, while h23a1 non-vtecs(92-96) use 50mm mains...

Yes you can use an h22 top end, that is what is on an h23a vtec, if you have a real h23a vtec or a built h23a1 vtec then it should have a p13 head either way...
If you need anymore info just let me know or PM me...

I have one in my Del Sol and from experience I can tell you that your cilinderhead is in fact an H22 (P13) head so all aftermarket parts for an H22 head can be used
The bottomend is a different story; Main bearing size differs 5 mm. you can use aftermarket H22 pistons though and H23 Non vtec Rods I believe ( someone please correct me if I'm wrong)
I'm now running TWM Throttle bodies (H22) and waiting for a Bisimoto header (H22) and they all fit ..
