Default B16A into CRX Qs- swap in progress...

So it has started! My car is all in pieces (’90 CRX DX). There’s nice shiny B16A II with YS1 sitting next to it. I know, I know - OBD1. But, I’m ill prepared. I was shooting for a D16Z6, got a shitload of parts and research done but then couldn’t find nice motor for the right price.
A friend of mine was selling his ’90 Integra RS with a year old B16 swap. He is going Miata. So I just got it with shitload of original ‘tegra parts.
It has chipped P28, new dist, shitload of new sensors, new gaskets, timing belt, ignition, etc, etc. He also done OBD0 to 1 conversion subharness and everything seems to work top notch (I’ve been driving it for a while) We are building it together in his garage.

Question1: It’s OBD1 so it uses one O2 sensor. I need a DC 4-2-1, 2 piece header. Which is right for this engine/car combo (gsr? del sol dohc vtec? what years?)

Question2: Can I reuse suspension pieces from his car in my rex? Like front spindles and brakes; real LCA and sway bar; shocks? Is any of it interchangeable? Anything else interchangeable bet rex and tegra?

Expect tons of questions and many, many parts for sale.

Anyone need a tegra rolling shell? Nice, clean, no accidents. Many go fast items. Please PM/email if interested. I’ll post more stuff w/pics in the Classifieds later. Will part out if doesn’t sell

Many, many thanks…

i believe you can use alot of the parts off the DA , most of the suspension will fit and you need the rear motor mount bracket and driverside mount bracket.......i dont understand your question about the headers but im using DC 4-2-1 2 piece headers and it works fine and the o2 sensor is near the cat...

When you bought the header, which car was it spec'ed for? i.e. '95 dohc Del Sol, or '94 GSR. Mainly I'd like to know which headers have single o2 positioned near the cat.

I belive the 95 dohc del sol header will work just fine for you, with the 4 wire O2 down by the cat.
