and to whoever said it's the ugliest honda design ever is smokin crack!!! the ek hatches are the sexiest followed closely by eg hatches, and then the em1's or whatever you call the coupes of 99-00 ..... that is if you dont count the honda's we cant afford!!!

EBP unmolested

The very first thing I'd do other than tires and coilovers is save up for the SRR 4.9 FD and a Quaife or other diff

yeah when she gets a clutch... prolly a stock r clutch and stock r flywheel.... i was wanting to do a diff. Barton the guy i bought it off of said that was the first thing he noticed about switching up to a type r! So I am definitely going to look into at least a diff! I like the gas mileage, so i dont know about that final drive!!

wow nice purchase. how'd you get it so cheap?

it's surprising how there is so little love for 99-00 Si's on HT. i've seen a lot of people even bash the car, and i can't figure out why. i think it's a hot car, my buddy drives one and i have my EJ8 (best bodystyle ever, i think).

maybe they think it's too over priced for being a gutless overweight B16 coupe? maybe, but certainly not this one. $9K is a steal.

the FD will allow you to stay gear higher around town and on the freeway as long as you toe is'nt messy from lowering the car will be near the same as you will have decreased the frontal area of the car significantly by lowering it = less drag = less gas pedal = less gas

hmm... well i was gonna order a camber kit asap and get a good alignment done!!!

is your statement proven cuz it seems like it is gonna really move the revs up on driving!!! regardless of drag

if your using x amount less throttle to maintain a constant speed you will bring in x less amount of air and x less amount of fuel

there are some good threads about drag in the archives for autoX forum and how lowering a car can drastically lower frontal area
