92-95 vs. 96-00 FPR's

92-95 vs. 96-00 FPR's
are the fuel pressure regulators different between these two. THe GE fuel rail that i bought has the screw holes inline with the fuel hole but my FPR has the hole offset. If i assemble it this way the o-ring won't seal. Are the 92-95 fpr holes inline with each other?
