Default '91 Integra Brake Upgrade

I have a 1991 4 door Integra. I am looking to upgrade my disc brake set up! I was thinking ITR calipers, but I'm not sure if it would be a direct bolt-on. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which brand name or manufacturer I should be looking at? Also, does anyone know if there are some sort of retrofit kits available for this car?

What about the brakes are you looking to upgrade?

The stock calipers and rotors are quite suitable for any street application. Aftermarket pads and stainless steel lines will make a big difference in your stopping power and feel. Remember when you add big calipers and big rotors you're adding a lot of unsprung weight. If your car is low on power you might want to consider sticking with the calipers and rotors.

As far as I'm concerned converting to ITR suspension on a 2G isn't worth the money from a performance point of view. Sure it looks cool to have five lug wheels and all but for the money you could have a better suspension and brake set up with four lug nuts.

search through the archives for "legend calipers" or "nsx calipers"

there are a couple of threads with excellent information on upgrading to two-piston calipers.
