well i put the same header on and put a test pipe on and it threw a code....simply put my two readings between o2 sensors were different........one was dirtier then the other or something like that.... shouldn't effect performance((didn't effect mine))...but always good to get rid of the cel code....only way i know to do that is to chip an ecu....but im sure there's gotta be other ways GOOD LUCK

I pulled that code once, about 16,000 miles ago, pulled the code at autozone. Found out that it was secondary O2 sensor, so I figured it was no big deal. I just figured it was due to the increased flow from my Spoon Header and High flow Cat.

Then I drove 16,000 miles without any more CEL's. Last week, the CEL came on for the same thing. Oh well, I got it cleared and it hasn't come back.

-Larkin who says, you probably have nothing to worry about

that code means that the cat is not preforming well as it should. (faulty cat/or b/c of the hi flow cat)

the reason the cel never came on is that the car hasnt preformed its readiness code check for the cat... the criteria is that you travel 60mph and then decelerate for 10 sec then that preforms the cat check if it passes no cel. if it dosnt then u get a cel. hope that helps...........ps focc obd II
