how much for timing belt and water pump replacement?
my recommendation would be to find a friend who knows how to do it for you, or do it yourself. I paid $451 when i first got my car to get it done, and i regret it now knowing my friends and i could have done it for free
I would day between 4-600 is a safe range your best bet is call Honda and get a over the phone qoute.. Also, Buy the parts from Acura and have Honda put them on they have a cheaper labor rate. That is of course if you don't know anyone who would do it for you cheaper.
Several years ago Acura quoted me at about $700something for them to do it to my 1997 Integra. I eventually learned how to do it myself.
Put the damn thing in backwards.....but got it the second time.

What crank seal did they replace? Why did they replace the cam seals? The valve cover gasket is usually reusable, but is inexpensive if not.
I paid about $80 for an OEM pump and $40 for an OEM timing belt. The labor takes about 3 hours, and you'll most likely need an impact wrench to remove the crank pulley. Replace your AC, PS, and alternator belts too. If you have a service manual, this is not difficult.
For a slight hint, when installing the timing belt with the engine at TDC and the cam gears aligned UP, it helps to loosen all of the valve tappet adjusters. Tighten the adjusters on #4 cylinder to keep the cams from turning. You'll need to adjust the valves afterwards.

i got mine done for 150.. i bought the oem type r water pump and timing belt.. and installed it while the jdm itr engine was still out..
I paid $379 for mine to be done by a Honda specialist shop (billing themselves as a "Dealership Alternative") -- they did the full service: timing belt, water pump, seals, drive belts.
The dealer quoted me ~$500, as well, so your price is in line with typical dealership prices.
My advice, though, would be that if you skimp on all other work performed on your car (not that I'm saying you do), do not skimp on this service. This is probably the most important service that will be performed, as the aftermath of a broken timing belt is usually carastrophic (bent valves, rods, etc). If you don't feel 100% confident doing it yourself, go to a shop that you feel no less than 100% about (even if that means biting the bullet and paying the dealer, which does suck).
--good luck
