i have a 1st gen teg and 87 to be exact and i want to know if there any sites that i can pick up some type of lip for the front or to change the front bumper of my car...

not sure about a lip, but i do know of a kit made by erebuni.

There is also a yahoo group dedicated to the 1g. I remember a few folks there had body kits, you might ask them where they got them.

the most popular (and basically the only kits available) for the gen 1 teg are the kaminari ( http://www.body-kits.com/kaminari/integra.htm ) and the erebuni ( http://www.erebunicorp.com/CLEARANCE/acintegra.htm ) kits. although if you really want to and you're mechanically inclined you can go for any front end you want.. just be careful with that **** though.
