reminds me of tokyo xtreme racer 3 when you have to race a krew of camo painted evo VIII's....(yes i have alot of free time, play video games, watch cartoons, and say mommy) if i can find a civic wagon ima paint it camo

It's tape. If they hit something, the headlight won't shatter into a million peices all over the track surface. Kind of a safety thing.

If only there was a way for Need for Speed Underground to have the realism and freeway racing as Tokyo Extreme. That would be sweet.
