Default audio/security/video forum a lil slow, so ill ask here.

maybe about 2 months ago i was driving and my radio volume was all the way down. i heard a rumbling sound. sounded like it was coming from my subs. i turned off my subs from the head unit and the rumbling sound stops. i checked all my wires from the amp and subs and ground but i cant determine whats wrong with it. could it be from the headunit to the amp? if it was the headunit wouldnt that affect all my speakers?

DId you just install the subs and did the sound just come up. One thing it could be is, it could be your Rca cables. If you buy crappy ones you will get ground noise from them. I think this goes into your speakers but could be wrong. Have moster rca cables for sale. 15 bucks. post more info so can determine the problem
