Coolant leak near rad drain plug. But where is it?

Coolant leak near rad drain plug. But where is it?
It appears that it is a slow leak originating from somewhere in the bottom passenger side corner of the radiator. Not necessarily on the very bottom where the drain plug is.
Anyway, I tried tightening the drain plug and it was tight as can be. The hoses all feel smooth and tight. Any ideas?
