you buy 103 race gas you don't make, though maybe adding octane booster might but i don't think thats what they are doing.

no octane booster you can buy will bring 93/94 to 103. You have to buy it at certain gas stations. You have to put it in a gas can. They will not let you pump it directly into your ride. We have 103 race gas at our local marina all the dudes put it in their boats.
