Default B18B into EK swap problem

Spent the whole day putting in my first swap. Everything went ok except for a little wiring issue. If anyone can help me out, please do.

Car: 97 Civic EX
Motor: 2000 LS
Problem: Left over plugs. After putting on the EX wire harness on the motor. Everything pluged in except these two. Anyone know what they do?

I also have these two connectors left and I dont know what to do with them.

By the rear trans, looks as if its connected to nothing.

Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance.

black sohc civic;
Picture #1 - picture not doing too much justice; it could be one of the
following: sensor at the bottom/rear of tranny, one of your O2
sensors. Remember, you'll have at least one left over plug on that
side of the harness - VTEC.
Picture #2 - the only thing down on that area in the O2 sensors.
Picture #3 - no guessing on this one, that one is your CFK sensor (Crank
Possition Sensor).
Picture #4 - not a clue, that one was not there when I did my swap.

**Side note - there is a thread around here about EK wiring info. You'll find
that thread to be very helpful. Here's the link -

Hope this helped you in any way. Have fun with your swap.

I think I had three plugs left over.
Knock sensor
Vtec solenoid
Vtec oil pressure

The guys I paid to do my swap screwed up my plugs. It was very easy to figure out the plugs using my Haynes manual and the color of the wires going to the plug.

just did the swap this past weekend. the only plugs i have left over are knock sensor cuz LS doesnt have one and 2 plugs that are vtec related. i believe they are the vtec solenoid plug and the vtec oil pressure plug. the knock sensor plug thats left over is under the intake manifold. the 2 vtec plugs are hanging near the distributor.

all that needed to be extended was the primary 02 sensor, power steering presure switch, CKF plug had to be extended as well as cutting off the d series 3prong plug and using the integra 2 prong plug, also had to extend the plug that plugs into the top of the manifold on that box.

it all went well with no probs except for a lame starter. kick started it and let it run last night. i do have a CEL, but its most likely due to the knock sensor since the LS doesnt have it and im running the stock EX ecu until i get the LS in the mail.

hope this helps u out some since i just did it this weekend and its fresh in my mind.
