Default suspension help for 1990 integra (among other things)

hi folks. can't think of the right search terms to look for info on this.

my brother's 90 integra is sick and has become my problem. it needs a new suspension and i can't find coilovers for it. i was told ef/eg civic, or dc2 integra stuff will work, but i would need to replace the front forks and rear lca's... but i don't know which parts i'm supposed to use.

help?

Tein, Ground Control, Skunk2 all make coilovers/coilover sleeves for the DA .. try a search on http://www.g2ic.com and you'll find everything you're wanting to know

ef/da suspension is the same. EG/dc is the same. If you are going to use eg/dc suspension you would need the front suspension forks. The LCA need to be change if you are going w/ the ITR suspension. GC's w/ TOKICO illuminas is a great suspension setup for a good low price. What shocks is your brother running w/ now? I heard no complaints about GC's and tokico shocks.

88 ed's use the itr style lca's, so the rear coilovers for an 88 will not work on a da

.....and in case you didn't know.... "ed" is the US civic/crx, "ef" is japanese

he has konis with neuspeed race springs. he used to have gc's but one of the perches cracked and he got dicked around by gc about it so he wants nothing to do with them anymore.

what about jdm da/eg rear lca's? are they the same thing?
