my toyo stock one just all of the sudden got a crack (must be hairline because I cant see it but its leaking from around the cap) this sounds like something thats happening to alot of them.
I wish it didnt have the plastic autozone wants 169 for a new one, not sure about napa. and online places have them for as low at 130 isn and even 98 (!!!) but that sounds maybe a little TOO inexpensive...
I guess this plastic one has lasted some 10 years, but an all aluminum sounds enticing. it there an apropriate aluminum radiator that isn't too gosh awful expensive??

plastic does the job right, go for oem

 

i got mine at autobarn for 110? if i remember right... but nothing too expensive... ive seen a few on ebay with warranty, if you want to go that route.
