1997 Accord crank pulley bolt torque?????

What is the torque for a 1997 Accord crank pulley bolt? 2.2 4 cylinder. Been told 300 ft lbs by mechanic, Haynes' manual said 180?

Really anywhere in between. The thing is gonna tighten itself anyways and you're gonna have a hell of a time breaking it off.
