OT: where can i get UPA w/ balljoint beside the dealer?

OT: where can i get UPA w/ balljoint beside the dealer?
first of all, it's for my acura legend 1989, upper ball joint is toasted along with the non-exisiting boot.
need to replace both of them soon, dealer wants 300 dollar for both side and it seems like none of my local shop got them in stock.
let me know if you guy know anywhere i can get it cheaper
edit: can't Sp3lL, UCA, upper control arm
