you know that lexan scratches very easily... right? liek a paper towel will scratch it... not a good idea for a daily driver.

People dont recommend lexan windows for daily drivers because in a wreck you cant break them out if you needed to.
I had a friend rivit plexiglass in for his hatch don't know how he did it.
Either way he had a tree remove it for him in a storm (he was a *** anyways)

it looks like you have your heart set on it. you can have a auto glass place do the rear take off instal for the rear hatch.

I would say forget about making them yourself, especially for any type of daily driver on a budget. Too many issues, and its going to look horrible after a few car washes.
Again, for a daily driver, there's better routes to cutting weight. Ditch your A/C, strip the interior, get lighter seats, lighter exhuast, composite body panels, lighter wheels, etc.

thank you i was looking for the word plexiglass thanks...you think it would matter in a crash its not like its the winshield car wont crupple because of the window going out if you have an rollcage
