Default breaking screws

So i'm putting on a new cap and rotor for my 89 HB SI, and when I screw the screws in to tighten the cap, they break on me, now I found out why they are doing this, but how can I get them out without breaking anything else. My father decided that he knew what to do, and fricked up on of the threads Any help would be greatly helpfull!!!
