Default HELP: ZC or B18A1 Trannys, which is better?

i was wondering what the major differences are in the ZC tranny and the B18A1's integra tranny? what are the gearing differences and which can handle more power?
i own a 91 DA teg and my syncros (spelling?) are going out but i can pick up a ZC tranny for cheap. should i buy this tranny? thanks for the help guys

im pretty sure you need another b18a tranny not a zc

Yeah I dont think that you could even get the ZC tranny to work. I do believe that is from a d-series, so the tranny wont attach. Not to mention the zc is cable and your should be hydro.

No, they are both cable trannies. The ZC is a d-series tranny though and will not bolt up to his engine and prolly the engine mounts too. If you are planning on keeping the car I would just have the synchros replaced in your current tranny. It's not that expensive and any used tranny you get is gonna have alot of miles on it (90-91). 92-93 cable trannies have a different spline so you wouldn't be able to use your current clutch disk.
