i got a 90 ls integra with a jdm b16a. im lookin for a obd0 ecu and wire harness for vtec. mostly want pr3 becuase i heard thats wut need. but wuts the differents bewteen a pw0 and pr3???

There is no difference betwwen the PW0 and PR3; both engage VTEC at the same RPM and have the same 8200 redline. The PW0 was from the SiR Civic and CR-X and the PR3 was from the DA Integra. Just to let you know, there are 2 versions of the PR3 ECU: one is OBD0 and one is OBD1 from the 92-93 XSi and RSi Integra.

I am using a PW0 for B16 conversion to Si CRX.
The motor is liked to Y1 tranny which has electronic speedo .
is this normal , I don't know how to connect up to my instruments as D16 had cable tranny.
Why is mine electronic?

 

my Y1 has a cable speedo hole...i dont know if its electronic? i dont think it is. i think the crx's d-series speedo cable doesn't reach, but i'm not sure on that either.

 

are you doing a hydro tranny conversion? I don't even think those are electric.
