Brake Rotors or Frozen Caliper?
When i depress the brake lightly, my steering wheel shakes slightly... when I depress hard, the wheel shakes quite a bit, and when I slow down, i can feel a pulsing in the peddle, kind of like ABS but not as quick of a pulse...
After I let go of the brake, no matter what speed i am traveling it is smooth sailing...
the car rolls quite easily in neutral, so i am leaning towards the rotors or at least one of them... especially because of the pulsing in the peddle, but if a caliper is stiff, then I can imagine the same results...
the driver side caliper was replaced last year, but the rotor on that side looks pretty tired, the rotor on the passenger side looks great, but i couldn't even tell you how old the caliper on that side is...
let me know what you think... thanks

my braking feels the exact same way as you described yours and I have done new rotors all around, rear disk swap, ceramic pads and 40/40 prop. valve. I think that it could be your alignment as well maybe? I know that what you described is usually rotors but mine does the same thing and i have brand new everything so i dont know how that could be
