Default pics of my ghetto 88 hatch

I try to keep it cheap so it may not meet /your\ clean specs but all criticism is accepted.

tell me what you think.

outside looks ok, the engine bay and interior need to be cleaned up badly. but from the lack of anything inside the car including heater controls id say you are more concerned with performance. looks like fun, im praying its not your daily

Ya I couldnt find a good reason to put another tach in either except the factory one only goes to 8k so what happens after that? and I now have a shift light I would rather not have the factory tach in there so it would make more sense but what am i supposed to do buy a cluster w/o a tach

No its not really a daily driver just a toy. Every time I go to either straighten out the wiring under the hood or clean it up its just too hot out and worthless its not really a show car so I dont care how clean it is though it would be nice. And the outside needs to be painted cause the passenger side fender is grey and I want a c/f zc hood painted to match.

keep the comments comming

I'm not really a "fan" of big tach either but I got it for next to free (helped pay bar tab that i helped make) and figured I'd put it in the honda. The strip on the windshield is tint I got it like that in florida there is never too much tint asamatterafact the windshield is tinted with light tint nice imo.

Yea I took those gauges out of a 89 crown victory cop car and they fit perfect with a peice of trim on the bottom.

I like cars like this, and I especially like the fact that you have a B-series (because I don't ). As long as it runs and runs okay and runs relatively quick, I think that ****'s a-okay.

Im glad \mostayall/ are likin it it definitly is a "budget bager" if I put more money-time into it - it would prolly meet to all your likings but like i said the tach was cheap and i figured i could use it. The cleaning would be easy but it too hot out so I jus gotta meet some of my own priorities. I wish polishing the wheels would be just a snap of the fingers.

that was my last "new thing" to do to it. I'm kinda happy with the way it came out. It looked like this before.----\/

It got old so I figured I'd paint it.

Why would you rev the motor beyond 8k anyway ?

also get rid of the breather - it does more harm then good especially if you beat on your car

1= (sometimes just to see what happens), racing, i never knew what rpm it was at (past 8), and it kept making power, no rev limiter, also it never broke (yet).

2= Oh I beat on it, but I dont think the breather does any harm to it.
