Need idle help, B16a crx with A/C

Need idle help, B16a crx with A/C
I need some advice on adjusting my idle and to compare my idle to yours. I just got my IACV wiring right so... First off im throwing zero codes. When i start the engine cold it idles around 2,000 rpms, is that normal?. then after it heats up it goes down to around a 1,000 which i like.
But after i turn on the the head lights, the idle goes down to about 750 rpms.
After i turn on the A/C, it goes down to like 400 Rpms. Now i thought that the IACV was supposed to correct the idle during electrical loads. what can i do to fix this or am i going to have to live with it
ITS FLORIDA, so in summer A/C is a must to get to work.
