Here is the story. I'm putting up the car to sale under no pressure to do so. If I get a good offer I'll sell it, if not I'm completely content with keeping the car.

Reason for selling: I bought this car for a little straight line fun, which it does quite well, however between it, my ITR, and my EF hatch I'm getting stretched a bit thin. It's hard not to want to mod 3 different cars. I'm also in the process of rebuilding my ITR and getting it prepped to become more of a track car. My EG hatch as been my daily driver for the last few months, but I'd prefer something a little more tame.

Regarding trades : The value of the trade vehicle shouldn't be much more than $2,500. I DO NOT want an even trade. I want a nice reliable AC equipped ride. Nothing heavily modded.

Cars of particular interest- 2nd gen Integra's and EG coupes are on the top of the list. Might consider an accord or something similar.

Autometer oil pressure and boost guages inside. Its a 3 guage pillar pod, so the new owner can put whatever he/she wants to in there.

Suspension- stock at the moment but since my ITR is getting a set of new coilovers the car will come with a complete 2001 ITR shock and spring set.

Wheels- Upgraded the stock 13 inch tires to 14inch Si EF steelies wrapped with Falken Azenis.

Brakes- new rotors with Axis ultimate pads and ATE super blue fluid.

Car will also come with a new OEM rear bumper (still in the bubbly wrap). The car was bumped in the rear and the bumper was cracked slightly. You can't really tell, but it isn't lined up perfectly like it should be. I haven't installed it because you can't really tell, a friend had some credit on his Honda account (he no longer owned a Honda) so he just picked the bumper up.

Car will also come with a brand new Kteller 3" exhaust complete with a magnaflow resonator and Oval ES style muffler.


Other info:Swap has about 95,000mi. 10,000mi have been boosted. Car was tuned EXTREMELY safe. It was tuned to mid 11 AF in cold weather and runs extremely rich in warm weather. Timing was tuned to .75 degrees of retard per pound. I'm currently running 10lbs of boost. Makes roughly 250whp in cold weather. On 6lbs (the wastegate spring) it makes 198whp.

It trapped 111mph at the track back on the stock 13 inch wheels and tires having to modulate the gas for the first few gears. From a roll it pulled on a bolt on 6 speed LS1 that had trapped 114.3mph so its not exactly slow. The car runs EXTREMELY well and has given me NO problems. I mean 0. Haven't popped the hood at all except to check the oil, which by the way it burns NONE. Last compression check it pulled 190psi on all four cylinders. I will check it again at buyers request.

Mobile 1 synthetic has been used its whole turbo life.

Car is gutted in the rear and has no AC. Stereo gets nothing but static. Hood is kinda dented up from some hail, but overall the body looks fine. Car is red.

I don't want to give out my exact home location (perks of owning an ITR ), but I do work in Mobile. I'd be willing to meet someone at my work or another location. Besides my home is FAR out of most peoples way.

Well man u said that u didn't want a even trade something that was worth 2500. I don't want to sound like a low baller so don't hate me for this but 3000-3500 cash. B/c I know its worth more then that but If u wouldn take a trade worth 2500 I don't see why u wouldn't sell it for 3000-3500. I Live in Panama City Beach which isn't too far for u and I'll have cash this afternoon.

I'd say its probably worth about 6k depending on condition. BUT I think your not going to get that for it. So, when it comes time that your HAVE to get rid of it, I would pull the turbo kit off and try selling it seperate for about $1200-1500 depending on condition and the EG with an LS swap for $4500 (No bank is going to loan 6k on a car that doesnt book for anywhere close to it). My $.02

You didn't read the original post very well.

The car has a top notch little setup where it counts, its tuned extremely safe, runs incredible, has no problems, and I don't really care if it sells or not. I'm just trying to think smart (cars are not good investments if you didn't know) and wanted to give somebody a chance to own a well running turbo hatch.

Not to sound like a jerk but $3,500 is a joke and if you are looking to buy a swapped and turbo hatch for that amount I'd be sure to inspect it VERY carefully.
