REV TO 12K
ok my friend was telling me he found out how to rev to 12k rpm. first you have to take out the ignitor in the distbuter because it freeks out at any thing above 9k. then you have to have a msd 6a ignition system, and wire it up directly up to the distbuter. this lets you go that high and still be able fire correctly, and safely. If any one else has heard of this let me know, i think me and him are going to try this next weekend on a 89 civic hatch.
yah, great info. now only if your motor will survive. or maybe if somebody actually made power at 12k..
i can rev to 12k if i go onto the highway at 200 kph and downshit into 1st gear. wheeee.... what fun!

12k on a stock motor? HELL! 12k on a built MOTOR!!! dosn't happen too easy. Try it everyone of your valves are going bye bye, then there go your cylinder walls, your head, your pistons, your motor is gone, don't be a fool, put the wrench down and step away from cars for everyones good
