Hold down the trip reset, turn the key to on position, wait for light to go off. I think thats it anyway, it's been a while since I had to do it.

put the key in the ignition and turn it to the ACC position and hold the trip reset for 10 seconds. Then turn the key to the on position and hold the trip reset for 10 seconds. This should reset the light. If it doesn't try putting the key in and holding the trip reset for 10 seconds (key in off position) and proceed as mentioned above (10 seconds in the ACC and ON positions)
BTW never let up on the trip reset when turning the key from one position to the other.
