my accord ex sedan 98 intermitten wiper stop working, but the other two speeds stills works but it keeps blowing the fuses. I already replace the fuse twice.
is there something wrong with the wiper relay , the switch or the motor . any idea how to fix this . thanks

 

Most likely the intermittent relay. Grab a voltmeter and get in there and see if the signal is coming across from the switch to the motor. If you have power to the switch and power to the relay, but nothing coming out. Then you found your problem.
