Integra JDM front conversion legal?
Hey I been wondering about this for awhile now and I wanted to know if the JDM front is legal? I heard they're illegal cause of the bumper support not being as thick as the USDM bumper support. I know that you can still use the USDM bumper support with some modifications. Any input on this would be nice. Have anyone been pulled over yet for their JDM front conversion? Do you eastcoast people pass inspections? Some concrete information would be nice. I heard different stories, some said they're illegal and some said they're legal with some modifications. Lets get the facts stright so I wont be confuse anymore.
headlights are illegal, so without the headlights... it wouldn't be much of a conversion. So there you go. Its illegal. PERIOD Do lots of people have it and drive around with no problem? Yes. But by the letter of the law, it is illegal. And yes, the bumper also doesn't meet specs. Search, this have been asked and answered before.
