Default fresh paint, fresh wheels: I bring you the "Honda-tech" style GSR

It's a 96GSR, painted OEM Honda Palazzo Red Pearl (Element color)
At the time of the pics it had a jrsc bolted to a b16a motor. I hondata tuned the setup to 235whp, and 169lbs of torque.

About a month into the fresh paint, I decided that the hood was too "bLiNG" and had it candied to match the rest of the car. Just fine enough that it looks like the same color from afar, but you can still see the CF goodness in the sun.

Here she is running on the dyno.

And at the track minutes after running a traction limited 13.8 @ 100mph.

I hope you enjoy my pics as I ride off into the susnet (btw, the dodge van in front of me ran a 14.5

Very unusual set up you have there. Any pics of full car with hood showing?

umm..so you would rather drop the b16 because it looks better than a gsr? but dosent have the Tq or Power to back it up? dont make sense

Color scheme looks good What's that plate on top of your radiator? Is it for airflow to the radiator?

and why would you say that? Some older Chrysler minivans had factory turbos on them. Factory turbo = easy to upgrade

Haven't you seen the video of the one that runs 11's, and blows the doors off a Camaro SS I think it was?

love the set up. i like the CF hood like that and those wheels really aren't that bad. but i think gold volks with a polished lip would make a HUGE difference.

Read it again. He was asking why he put a B16 in his teg, then said drop it and it would look dope, as in lowering the car.
