Ouch.. the area above the rocker panel near the rear tire is a tough area to fix. Probably a good 8-10 hours + labor there alone.

Was it totaled?

Yeah there is also some damage to the rear quarter panel although it was merely some large dents.

Totaled I dont know yet I should find out today or tomorrow.

Actually it's going to be really close, the adjustor said they are going to use $5k as the figure to determine whether its totaled or not.

Right now it's at $3,500, and they are doing a supplement tomorrow.

The initial estimate did not include the Oem kit, Radiator, Also I think the A/c lines are damaged behind the intercooler, and also the whole mirror is cracked which also wasnt on the estimate. Not to mention there is always little stuff that adds up.

Acura's price for Oem kit was as follows

$249 for front lip
$499 for both sideskirts
$289 for both rear valances

So for me that would be $249+ 250+ 145 + paint just for the oem kit, thats about 1k there,

It's great to see that you're in good health! Definitely a project car. Damage is not bad at all.....as everyone said, go JDM front! That would be a neck-breaker!
