Anyone heard of this?

A friend of mine has it on his car and he saw a difference of 9whp when its open... on his d16z6... he dynoed
Oh... and its all electric... he has a switch in the car... no need to go outside! Good for track purpose... or highway!

Same as every other cut out. Little harness goes to it to open the "butterfly" inside and makes it like an open header. Shouldn't be any different from anyone else.
