whats better ACT or clutchmasters. which is recommended.
Anytime I've talked to someone ACT comes up more. I'm running a Stage 1 Exedy clutch...got it from a place in LA. Not bad for $100...they didn't have the OEM ones in stock for my car so I haggled with the owner and got the $150 kit for only a hundred.
thanks for the answers ...can anyone else back this up...by the way whats better. 6 puck or 4 puck? and which is more expensive
I LOVE ACT!!!! I had an extreme pressure plate w/ a heavy duty street disc(full face) The clutch was in 3 different motors in a course of 2 years and never lost any grab. I have had 2 bad experiences w/ clutchmasters
. See what you can do w/ a full face before you go to a puck clutch

I've had both...ACT on a ZC swap and a clutchmasters on my b16a now. Both are good clutches and I have not had a bad experience for either one.
