Would this work? Lsvtec with gst internals like pistons and rods in a ls block. is that a good combination?
and with b16a's with ctr pistons 11.1 compression can you use a BONE stock b16a head? cause my friend did it the other day and his head blew smoke.

I dunno for GSR internat
though.
put the B16 piston on the LS rod's.. or better put CTR piston on Ls rod's and slap the head back on... plug Vtec and enjoy.
while your at it, get a thinner head gasket and raise your compression another few points...

if your using a b16 keep the stock 3 layer compression on a lsvtec is ne where 12.2-12.8 really high 4 the street
