idk what it really means but i want to paint my crx rims black but leave off the lip alone so what should i do?

 

try searching powder coat. i believe thats the word you are looking for.

 

If you can afford it...get them powdercoated. My uneducated information is that they put the paint in powder form on the object then bake it until the powder melts and gets baked onto said object. But that's my guess.....lol
