H4 vs JDM H4

Does anyone know the difference between the two? A regular USDM H4 bulb versus a JDM H4 bulb?

Really? I was able to fit my regular H4 bulb in the jdm headlight without any modifications...but it didn't sit exactly the way the bulb sat in my oem headlight. Still confused

Well, you know how there are 3 little tabs on the edge of the metal housing? on the stock usdm headlight, when the bulb is inserted, the middle tab points straight up. But on the jdm headlight, they are slightly tilted to the left. Other than that, they fit without a problem.
