It could be anything. I suggest buying or downloading a Helms manual, and checking out all of the suspension components. The Helms manual will tell you what to look for, and the best way to fix any problems. They're about $60, but well worth it.

terrible, horrible combination, and yes I speak from experience w/ my friend's car. One of your shocks might be blown.

same here. h&r race springs with koni yellows. been like that since i slapped them on. i think it may be the inactive coils that are so close that are making that metal clinking noise.
Yeah my sp3 koni yellow/ neuspeed race also make that noise, but it from when the spring being compress or something, they make contact with each other and that where the noise come from. If you park the car and look at the spring almost all of it is compress and touching. So when you hit a hole it uncompress then compress oonce on even ground, which make the sound...

yeah, on my tein's, they have this anti-squeek thingy that goes over the spring, my stock ones had this too. but it doesnt seem to work. but i think on http://www.consumerguide.com , if you look under the DA's it has this as one of there problems, squeeky suspension, and it says how to fix it. not sure how good there method is, and to lazy to post it up. so if someone can check it out, and maybe post it so others can give there $.02

one thing i noticed with my set up sports and agx's is that the top nut doesnt tighten down far enough to the top washer and hitting bumps causes the two to clap together every now and then,so my remedy is to add a washer or two between the top washer and nut so theres no play in there when the nut is torqued down...i havent gotten around to finding the washers yet but when i do i"ll let u know if it solved the problem..

tell me about it, i would never ever recommend this setup to anybody.
my shocks aren't blown though, at least for now. running good 2 1/2 years with them.
