Default Mugen intake and keeping the A/C... has anyone done this?

Has anyone got the A/C to work in conjunction with the Mugen intake? I was just curious to learn of how it was accomplished if anyone did in fact do this.

I have a couple of ideas, but just wanted to hear if anyone had any luck.

Have you seen the Mugen intake in person? It's massive. I don't think you could keep the AC with that intake, unless you pay someone to re-route the AC lines, and that is going to be $$$$. If you find someway to do it, please let me know!

Yes, I have it in my hot hands now

You are right, it is massive! I am planning on routing the A/C lines a different way, I am just not sure yet. I am taking my car in on the 30th to try and get this done. Now I have to do it since I bought the intake, although Albino Dragon might like it

My initial thought it to run the lines along the left hand side of the intake against the frame instead of the right hand side where they currently are. The lines would be on top of one-another, but I am not sure if the bigger line will clear. I'll let you guys know how it goes, and maybe I can make the finished product available somehow.

Sounds good! I tried to find someplace to re-route my AC lines, but no one around here could (or wanted) to do it...

Get a good handheld pipe bender and reroute them yourself, This is what I did to fit My ARC Chamber, as it wont fit with the AC Lines. I also had to do this for my AC lines near the HID Ballast on the drivers side. Good luck

Eww... I like your idea Mike!!! Can you get the piping and fittings at the hardware store too?

How did you end up running your lines? Do you have any pics?
