car theft
On msnbc theres a video about using setup cars to catch peoepl jacking cars on camera. Not sure what took the police so long to start doing this, guess they had to finish their doughnuts. I could pretty much gurantee do this with a type R in SF or jersey and there would be plenty of people to arrest.

I just want to add that there's a cop in the Yonkers, NY area that I heard abt. Well he used a CW ITR to catch a few thieves. He used it as bait. I heard that at a body/speed shop that the cop himself went to threaten guys; literally b/c he see's plenty of integras and civics there. He took it upon himself to try the Theft of our cars.
I say that cop is a Real Dude!

This really isn't anything new, I saw a special on Dateline at least 5 years ago. Cops actually rig the car to lock the doors once the thief is inside then the car shouts off and the thief is arrested.
