Default Stereo Install

Can anyone suggest any good, skilled shops that does stereo installs in the Los Angeles area? I have the equipment, just need to find a place to install for me. Place(website maybe?) and phone number would be of great help. Thanks for your help everyone.

Let your fingers do the walking, look for smaller mom and pop type shops.

Sorry cant help any more ,Im in Kelowna B.C. Canada, but small shops are a better bet most of the time.

hope this helps. 94

Mom and Pop shops can be very good, but then again they can also be below par. The best thing to do is to talk to people who have had stereos installed in thier vehicle. Look for installers at shops that do repeated good work. I wouldn't go to a circuit city or best buy, but chain stores are chain stores for a reason. They probly wouldn't still be around if they did shoddy work.

I agree somewhat, but I find, a "mom and pop" that has been around for more then a few years, with an installer that has been there for a while, and is still around, are doing good work.
But in the best buys, circuit citys and other BIG stores if the install shop gets a bad name, [ and that happens lots] they bring in a new superviser ,new installers,
paint the place, reopen , hardly skip a beat. but the "mom and pop"cant get away with that.

That said, I agree that looking and asking around is the best way to find an installer that will do the job right. 94

What exactly were you going to do for your car? Are you looking to have just a head unit installed? in that case, it would be cake, and you can do the install yourself. If your planning on getting a full blown system upgrade with subs n amps n ****, then i recomend you take it to a shop.
FYI: I just opened a stereo shop in the city of san bernadino, i know its a ways from L.A, but if you really want it done right, i will personally gurantee that you will be happy with your ride if you take it to my place, and if its somethin you plan on doing yourself, you may need an install kit/harness speakers etc. which i will be glad to supply for your application....just an offer.
call me anytime 626-367-7929 name's eric.

it's for my girl's IS300. I have an amp, speakers, and a Basslink to install. She wants to keep the stock headunit. I am a novice at this so I am looking for an installer. San Bernardino is kinda far but thanks for your help, might need it in the future if I'm ever out there. Not really looking to do it myself, looking for some quality and skilled installers around my area. Keep them coming guys.
