Cheaper Tranny Fluid same as Gm syncromesh

Since Gm and Bg synchromesh are the same, I would like to tell you people about something that is the same and only 5 bucks a quart.
It's pennzoil syncromesh, I put this in my b16 hatch and it worked wonders on the tranny.
Only 4.99 at autozone.

Just an FYI
I read a pretty techincal post on HT earlier this month saying the syncromesh fluids wear a little harder on your tranny then the regular Honda MTF. Supposedly they cause harder wear and tear on your tranny internals because of the additives used in the oil.
I'm not saying not to use the Syncromesh, but I would do some research and see what applications it is best suited for. (track, daily driver, autox).

where as HMT is something like 5w-30

umm are you are a honda engineer? they designed them to be used with 10w30 motor oil.....but i guess if you beat on your car, and always tear **** up..you need more protection..i guess the honda engineers did not mean for them to get beat on like we beat on them too eh...

what state are you in? i coudlnt find any in Ca's autozones, i couldnt even special order it
....
