Very good deal. I would swap out those Ground Control springs and put the stock springs back. I suspect they were added for appearance reasons only. Make sure to do a title check before you proceed.

anyhow, check out the car, do a compression test, leakdown, get a mechanic you trust to check it out...etc... be sure not to get screwed

My understanding is that he has to go thru with it as long as you do... If not

VERY good price! I wouldn't ask less than $22k for mine if I were selling it (although I only have 9800 mi on mine).
It's hard to say it's NEVER been driven hard. AEM CAI and Neuspeed springs??? I would think it's seen VTEC more than a few times.
