No ****, it's a civic.
You need one of these, but I have a feeling you'd kill yourself:

Ahhh, now we're getting somewhere. Have you made any changes to the vehicle recently?

I changed spark plugs at 10000 miles. I was thinking to change plugs and wires. But It got only 35000 miles on it. So I don't think I need to. Is there any way to check if they are bad?

it has 35000 miles on it and you have only changed the plugs once?
it is good practice to change them every 8,000-10,000 miles for best performance
maintenence is the key to making your car last......also with only 35000 miles on it isn't it still under warranty....if so just take it to the dealer and let them deal with it

When I bought my car it had 10000 miles on it and it is runing like this eversince. Everthing is stock motor is clean. It was sitting at one place for one year before I bought it.

When I bought my car it was hit (Minor damage). Everything in car is stock so ECU is stock too. Car is in excellent condition.
