change it to a manual and it will shift better (that is only if you know how to drive)

Have you replaced the ECU? If not, it is changing gears exactly when it is supposed to. Also, your car doesn't have torque.

No ****, it's a civic.

You need one of these, but I have a feeling you'd kill yourself:

Are you throwing any codes? Maybe you're just running in some weird safe mode...

I changed spark plugs at 10000 miles. I was thinking to change plugs and wires. But It got only 35000 miles on it. So I don't think I need to. Is there any way to check if they are bad?

it has 35000 miles on it and you have only changed the plugs once?

it is good practice to change them every 8,000-10,000 miles for best performance

maintenence is the key to making your car last......also with only 35000 miles on it isn't it still under warranty....if so just take it to the dealer and let them deal with it

Still sounds like ECU to me. Is this a new development (car running like ****) or has it always been that way?

What is an R title? Rebuilt? If so, they probably used the wrong ECU.

Why did you buy a car that ran crappy anyway?

When I bought my car it was hit (Minor damage). Everything in car is stock so ECU is stock too. Car is in excellent condition.
