I have and used B&M and a new different brand gauge but neither have the right hardware to install as when I did the install on my ITR. Where is everyone installing their FPR gauge at?

I was looking to tap a hole and the end of the Fuel Rail, righ next to the FPR, the rail has a cap at the end for some reason.
