I know theres a code on the tranny and the block that tells you what car it came off , but what about the head? And which codes are for which cars, and is there a year code also?(sir,gsr,type r? I did a search and couldnt find any info.

 

I forgot to add Ive got a first gen b16a, The only code that ive seen on my head is above the exaust manifold it reads pr3-4, My buddy also has a 1st gen b16 his head reads pr3-3. We also have different trannys, Ive got a J1 and hes got a S1.
ANy info on this is greatly appreciated.
