i just picked up some agx's for my hatch and i am gonna have those paired with neuspeed sport srpings...am i supposed to cut the bump stops? anyone know? please help asap

I dont think you should....they prevent your shruts from bottoming out and blowing up.You might not need them on after market shruts,but its still a good idea to leave them as they are.
