hi, i've searched but i can't find any article with the wiring of aftermarket door lock actuator. I've do not have the OEM wire harness therefore i need to figure out a way to wire them all together. Below is the installation pic that comes with the door lock kit.



can anyone tell me where does the Brown and the white wire goes to. And what is the use of the 2 of them. thanks.

 

correct me if im wrong someone.. but i believe the brown and white wires are for the switch... (IE ground the brown unlock, ground the white lock)

 

The brown and white wires are for alarm door lock/unlock trigger, the switch is in the the drivers side moter,[ 5 wire] so as you lock/unlock the drivers door with key or with manual switch it will also lock/unlock pass.side, as for what wire [brown white] is lock or unlock that will depend on how DL motors are installed.

thanks alot guys... so if i wan my alarm remote control to activate my power door.. i can just hook up the brown and white to the lock/unlock pulse of my alarm?

 

Yes, just check and see what is lock or unlock, test by touching the brown to ground and see what it does. 94
